(OTCQB: COCP) today announced that it has entered into a research collaboration with HitGen, Ltd., a private biotechnology company and InterX, Inc., a private computer software company to develop small molecule drug candidates against several undisclosed targets.

Chengdu, China，7th August, 2017, HitGen Ltd announced that the company has entered into a multi-target multi-year collaboration with LEO Pharma A/S , to discover novel small molecule leads for multiple therapeutic targets of interest to LEO Pharma. According to the agreement, HitGen will use its advanced technology platform, based on DNA-encoded library design, synthesis and screening to discover novel leads which will be licensed exclusively to LEO Pharma. Under the terms of the agreement, HitGen will receive an upfront payment and be eligible for milestone payments from LEO Pharma.

Chengdu, China，14th August, 2017, HitGen Ltd announced that the company has entered into a multi-target multi-year collaboration with Aduro Biotech Inc , to discover novel small molecule leads for multiple therapeutic targets of interest to Aduro. According to the agreement, HitGen will use its advanced technology platform, based on DNA-encoded library (DEL) design, synthesis and screening to discover novel leads which will be licensed exclusively to Aduro. Under the terms of the agreement, HitGen will receive an upfront payment and be eligible for milestone payments from Aduro.

In addition, HitGen will screen their own DELs, consisting of billions of compounds, against a selected number of Pfizer’s therapeutic targets. Novel lead compounds from the HitGen DELs will be licensed exclusively to Pfizer for further research and development. Pfizer will fund the research at HitGen.

According to this agreement, HitGen will deploy its core technology platform, based on DNA-encoded library design, synthesis and screening.. The novel leads identified will be licensed exclusively to MSD. Under the terms of the agreement, HitGen will receive an upfront payment and be eligible for milestone payments from MSD.
